Financial planning is about more than investments, tax returns, and retirement projections. It is about understanding what matters most to you and helping you make thoughtful decisions with the resources you have worked hard to build.

That belief led me to establish Trammell Wealth, an independent financial planning and investment advisory firm based in Wellington, Florida. Through my Plan • Protect • Prosper process, I help individuals and families bring their investments, retirement income, taxes, and long-term goals together into one coordinated financial plan.

Before becoming a financial planner, I worked for the City of Boca Raton, including serving as a 911 dispatcher and later in the Building Permits Department. That experience gave me a firsthand appreciation for public service and for the unique benefits and retirement decisions faced by government employees.

Today, I have a special focus on helping Florida Retirement System employees, local government workers, medical professionals, and individuals approaching retirement. Whether someone is evaluating the FRS Pension Plan, considering DROP, deciding when to claim Social Security, reviewing investment accounts, or developing a tax-efficient retirement income strategy, my role is to help make the options understandable and the next steps clear.

I earned a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Kansas State University—go Wildcats—and hold the following professional credentials:

As both a financial planner and tax professional, I am able to consider how financial decisions may interact with taxes—not only this year, but throughout retirement. I believe the best planning is personal, practical, and grounded in wise stewardship rather than one-size-fits-all recommendations.

Education is also an important part of my work. I have had the opportunity to guest lecture at Florida Atlantic University and enjoy finding approachable ways to make financial topics easier to understand.

I live in the Village of Wellington with my wife, Fabiola, a Registered Nurse, and our two children, Alexander and Leah. Outside of Trammell Wealth, you may find me spending time with my family, teaching, or serving in the local community.
